Sure thing 
So I started with just one, with the understanding that he would get a buddy at some point. I was able to bond very heavily with him for ~3 months before the second one arrived.
I got him at 8 weeks and he was very well raised, so he took to being handled quite well.
I work primarily from home, so he had 4-6 hours a day where he was out of his cage and interacted with my while I work. This was in the form of just perching on my shoulder, to playing near me, to clicker training.
When Kingston arrived, he was from the same closed breeder so I was able to bypass the mandatory quarantine period. They started off separately, but a neutral space introduction went quite well and they were able to cohabitate rather quickly.
Going forward from there, I was able to maintain my bond with Hemingway and start working on the bond with Kingston. They are now very heavily bonded to each other, and include me in their flock.
Whenever I let them out of their cage, they always both race over to sit on my and see what I'm up to.
If they are separated from each other, the contact calling begins. If I'm in a different room, the contact calling begins
In general, I would recommend starting with one and then adding the second a few months later if possible. This gives you the optimal chance to bond with the first one, and then the second during the quarantine period. Also, the second will see the bond that you have with the first and more readily accept you. "Oh, you seem cool..."
Starting off with two from the same place is fine, but you have to be sure to work with both of them on a daily basis; otherwise they will only bond with each other.
