First successful “outing
We were out for maybe 10 minutes? I’m not sure what they thought, but they didn’t seem to hate it 😉
It’s about 70F outside, which is only a couple of degrees cooler than we keep the house, so it seemed opportune.

They were caged and supervised the entire time.
Do not ever leave a bird unattended outside, even in a cage. There are simply too many natural predators around here to risk it.

This is so fun, thanks for sharing!!

How do you tell those two fluff balls apart?
It can take some attention to detail, to be sure ;)
They have different voices and personalities. But if they are just sitting there, and I can’t see the breeder bands….yeah, no clue :)

So fun! Can you share with others what it was like having one vs two? I know you got a second quickly after, but if you were advising someone that is home a lot... was it easier to have a bond with one? Are they happier with two? Have any words of wisdom in case someone was pondering this? I had a nice chat with a lovely gal yesterday and we discussed this very thing. I am interested in your thoughts since you have just gone through this so recently.
